The IDLEA project commissioned Apex Evaluation to assess results from the IDLEA project, including evaluation methods and overall findings.

The study's authors, Catherine Wolfe Bornhorst and Chelsea Henkel of Apex Evaluation, conceptualized the design of this evaluation, including the research, development, and creation of survey instruments and interview/focus group protocols; data collection, data analysis, and reporting to schools; and drafting of this report.
